We will be focusing on the following areas:
 
1. Pygmy Outreach: A few people may have the opportunity to participate in our ongoing outreach to this unreached people group.We are pioneering literacy, agriculture and housing programs.
 
2. Medical Clinic: OTA has opened 2 clinics in western Uganda that we hope to have enough people to position with the medical staff for both outreach and facilities upgrades.
PEOPLE NEEDED:
  • Doctors and nurses are needed for a strategic outreach day. Dentists and Opthamologists are encouraged to come as well.
  • Construction workers and people with a heart to serve, build, paint, etc. are needed for some basic facilities upgrades we are planning.There is also some potential for some serious building as well.
Application procedures:
  • You must fill out an application (downloadable from this website)
  • After your application is received, it will be reviewed and we will notify you if you are accepted to the team.
  • Once you are accepted, you must pay the $250 deposit (non-refundable due to airline commitments).
  • Team meetings will begin in TBA.
Cost: Approximately $3,500, but usually less.
  • This includes all airfare, travel, meals, housing, drinking water, debrief on Safari and other related trip expenses.
  • It does not include passport fees, innoculations, or incidentals like snack foods and trinkets
